Milan Koirala is Nepal Digest’s climate and energy correspondent. He reports from mountain communities, river basins and infrastructure projects to explain how a warming climate is changing water, agriculture, energy and settlement across Nepal.

His work connects scientific research with lived experience, particularly where climate adaptation and economic development meet. Milan previously covered environmental policy in South Asia and has contributed to collaborative reporting on glaciers and cross-border rivers.
